* Independent entrance from a well-kept private garden of approximately 80 square meters equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs, a 40 square meter veranda with fans, glass doors, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with an American-style gas barbecue, ideal for relaxing outdoors or enjoying convivial moments with family and friends. There is a pantry with a double refrigerator and a dual-temperature wine cooler (white wines at 5°C and red wines at 15°C). A shower and laundry tub complete the outdoor area.

* On the ground floor: - Large living room with a double sofa bed, perfect for welcoming and enjoying every season. Functional indoor kitchen. Half bathroom with washing machine.

For hot water, the villa has a high-capacity water heater. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms; the living room does not require it. The villa has a fixed and a portable drying rack. Free parking is available adjacent to the villa.
